Postgraduate in Human Resources Management from Loyola College of Social Sciences, UGC NET qualifier and doctorate degree holder in Management Studies from the University of Kerala with a total of 35 years of experience. Began career as an HR Executive at Steel Industrials Kerala Limited, a Kerala State Public Sector Undertaking and then switched over to academics. Has been the Associate Professor and Head of Department of HRM at Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Kochi for about 30 years. Has also been the Professor and Chairperson of the PGDM program at the SCMS Cochin School of Business, Kochi for four years.

Also, has been the International Visiting Scholar at the Western Michigan University, USA and done the FDP in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Has been the Academic Council Member of the Mahatma Gandhi University, PhD Guide at the Christ University, Bangalore, Chairman/Member of Board of Studies/Examiners of several universities in India and corporate trainer in the field of Management. Besides the leadership in curriculum design, academic administration, admissions, placements, accreditations and institutional branding, has also undertaken UGC funded research projects, corporate consulting and MDPs. Has also been bestowed on the Dewang Mehta Award for the Best Professor in HRM by the World HRD Congress in 2019.

She is an MBA graduate with over a decade of experience. She completed her B.Com from Kerala Univesity and acquired her MBA from Anna University. After her association with ‘Asianet’(Star India)  for five years, she joined the Bhavan’s College in August 2015. She has been the administration in-charge of the college since its inception.

Ms. Remya Ramesh has been associated with Bharatiya vidya bhavan since April 2016. She worked with the HR Department at Kochi Kendra prior to joining Bhavan’s College of Arts & Commerce in October 2018 as Administrative Assistant. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from SGV University, Jaipur and has done her bachelors in Hindi Language and Literature from Maharaja's College, ernakulam. A ten years career with reputed corporate firms in Kochi has paved foundation to her line of work. She started her career with Hutchison Essar and then moved to Spectrum Softtech Solutions and Den Networks and finally with Asianet (Star India) putting in ten years of service before joining the Bhavan’s family.

Mr. Sanoj Kumar KM holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from St.Albert’s College, Ernakulam. He is proficient in creating and maintaining digital library. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience at reputed institutions. He joined Bhavan’s College of Arts & Commerce in 2017.
